When are credits charged?
You see the estimated credits while choosing photos and duration. Biyra confirms the final total before you begin, and only uses credits after you approve.
Do I need to provide a street address?
No. A project can remain private and use only a project name, property type, and optional editorial notes.
Can I import photos from a property listing link?
Yes. Paste the public HTTPS page for one specific property and confirm you have permission. If it cannot be imported, upload the photos directly.
How can I add credits?
Workspace owners and admins can buy credit packs when purchases are available. If purchases aren’t available yet, you can still create your workspace.
